Government medical college, Sindhudurg is the only state run medical college in Sindhudurg district of state of Maharashtra commenced from academic year 2021- 22. It was developed to meet the healthcare requirements of the local population and to provide the greatest medical education to aspiring doctors. Our goal is to provide high-quality medical education and training to our students, preparing them to become next-generation leaders in all areas of medicine. Our goal is to prepare students to handle the responsibilities of the medical profession. It is our ongoing goal to prepare competent, compassionate, and caring physicians via excellence in teaching, patient care, and medical research.
We have devoted and skilled teaching faculty that are always willing to serve students in any manner they can. As dean, I am honored to lead our institution's dedication to improving societal healthcare by training future healthcare professionals and educating them on the ultimate objective of medicine and biomedical research, which is to serve humanity.
